Chief Michael A. Smith is the founder and owner of Metro Private Protection Agency and he is responsible for the overall direction and growth of the company, overseeing all the daily operations. He actively works with variety of clients who have diverse security protection needs. He also collaborates with security personnel to help provide exceptional customer service experience, to enhance clients’ security protection, assets protections and risk management; and has managed several security incidents for residential and corporate clients.
